Nido for British Students? NOT

Well well well. Nido Kings Cross. A nice place for rich kids. The residence for over 1000 students. Wealthy international/EU students. It is funny how only about 5% of the student population are British.

Is it the culture you say? That British students would rather live with their parents and travel for a few hours before they get to university in London? Or is it because they prefer to live in the flat shares with friends?

They cannot afford it. Simple as that.

Even rich British students are way too smart to pay such amount for rent when they can afford a much nicer place for the same money.

Nido Kings Cross has been running for 2 years now, and the prices has been increasing every year for the average of £30. And the increasing rent is proportionate very much to the number of British students.

1st Year - 10%, 2nd Year -5%, 3rd Year - 0%?

What do you say? Am I right or not?

Yours truly, Sarah Love.
